🤓 Personal Knowledge Management
Instapaper
Use it for time-shifting your content consumption.
One of the most popular read-later apps. With one click, it lets you save any interesting articles, videos, recipes or whatever else you come across while browsing the internet.
Readwise
Use it for getting the most out of what you read.
Collect all your notes in one central place. Import all highlights from your favourite reading platforms, add notes and tags, and export to your note-taking tool of choice.
Readwise sends you a daily email with a selection of your ebooks and articles highlights. Reading and highlighting is great, but what’s the point if you never look at those highlights again? The idea is that as you continue to review your highlights, you’ll recall more and grow your knowledge over time. It’s the compound effect for knowledge.
Roam Research

Note taking tool designed for networked thought. Use it to collate all your notes and highlights, own ideas and writing.

Cleanshot X (Mac only)
Use it for frictionless screen-recording.
It's great for taking screenshots, with the option to instantly save, copy or drag and drop the screenshot to other apps. Grabrab an area, fullscreen, window or scrolling capture, set a timer, make GIFs etc.
Alfred (Mac only)
Use it for customising actions for your MacOS
Favourite function: Clipboard History.
This function allows you to quickly locate any text, image or file you copied earlier and paste it again. You can also create your own snippets and type a short abbreviation to auto-expand them into a full-text snippet, saving yourself hours of typing in the long run. This is great for anyone who writes a lot— just think of certain emails where you often say the same thing or your CTA at the end of an article.
